Meet us at the E3 Expo in Los Angeles, between 12 and 15 June

Since Saturday, the JCommerce team has been in Los Angeles, where the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) 2018, the world’s largest computer games exhibition, is currently being held. As expected in Los Angeles, we were greeted by bright sunshine and a temperature of 86 degrees (Fahrenheit of course) in the shade. However, against this backdrop of tanned Californians, slightly paler computer gamers have come to E3 to keep up with the hottest news in the industry, among them Piotr Zyguła, Paweł Smagała and Marcin Siemieński from JCommerce.

What are we doing in Los Angeles?

We came to Los Angeles to promote the largest Polish export sensation after The Witcher, meaning talented Polish programmers. The Witcher and Polish programmers have much more in common than you might think at first glance.

Created in Poland, The Witcher received the accolade of ‘Game of the Year’ in 2016 and became the most successful (in terms of awards) computer game in history. In the same year, Java programmers turned out to be the best in the world according to the HackerRank ranking of best programmers, and have managed to hold onto this title in subsequent editions.
