Cooperation with Stanusch Technologies, an NLP expert and provider of AI-based solutions

JCommerce provides services in software development and Quality Assurance for a client developing AI-based conversation system.

JCommerce cooperates with Stanusch Technologies, a Polish provider of Artificial Intelligence solutions based on the OmniChatbot platform. Our client is working on a new version of their conversation system which allows for better customer service and needed support in the field of software development. As part of the project, JCommerce’s specialists support the existing Scrum Team and provide software development and Quality Assurance services.

During the project, the quality of the code has been improved, thanks to which the client’s application works better. Furthermore, thanks to the refactoring of automated tests, it was possible to shorten the duration of the tests by half.

Stanusch Technologies has over 140 implementations to their credit and in 2019 their chatbot Eva was listed among 10 most humanlike bots worldwide in the international Loebner Prize competition.
