Polish programmer wins Distributed Code Jam

Google organizes the international programming competition Distributed Code Jam every year. In this year’s edition, Mateusz Radecki (Radewoosh) took first place.

On August 9 software developers from all over the world came to Toronto, Canada, to take part in the final of the annual programming competition, during which they had the opportunity to test their skills. During the competitions, programmers solved rounds of algorithmic tasks, finishing with a grand finale.

Mateusz Radecki, from the University of Warsaw, took first place at the competition [Video]. He was joined on the podium by another Pole, ‘tczajka’, in third place. Distributed Code Jam is further proof of Polish programmers’ status as the world’s best.
