QlikView and NPrinting Support Services
JCommerce is a strategic nearshore development partner in the field of Business Intelligence solutions for Acando, the Swedish IT consulting company. The main aim of cooperation is QlikView and NPrinting application management, as well as related consultancy & support services.
Scope of services
JCommerce maintains the client's QlikView and NPrinting environments. JCommerce specialists ensure the stability and security of the business infrastructure through 2nd and 3rd service line support for the end-customer (Alimak Group and Acando AB), as well as daily support.
JCommerce specialists also provide Qlik Managed Services, which include the following areas of responsibility:
- management of authorizations and access within the applications,
- manual file updates,
- morning check, the daily monitoring of reloading tasks and the status of final documents in Access Point;
The project also included the development of custom reports and distribution process optimization, thanks to which employees receive customized reports from QlikView (either on-demand or scheduled) in selected formats, such as PDF, Excel, Word, PowerPoint or HTML file.
